Mallory Carletti, PA-C, is a nationally board-certified Physician Assistant with nearly 10 years of experience in delivering high-quality, patient-focused medical care. Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Mallory developed a strong sense of community and a desire to help others from an early age. She pursued her undergraduate education at the University of Oklahoma, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree before advancing to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center to complete her Master of Physician Assistant Studies.
Throughout her career, Mallory has remained committed to providing comprehensive care with a personalized approach. She believes in building lasting relationships with her patients through clear communication, mutual respect, and a genuine commitment to their well-being. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine and patient education, both of which are grounded in her belief that informed patients are empowered to make better health decisions.

Outside of her professional life, Mallory enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling to experience new cultures and environments.
